Hi friends!
While I’m deep in revisions for the Eat to Love Companion Workbook, I couldn’t wait to share a sneak peek: the artwork that’s likely to become the cover.
This piece—what I’ve been calling the Intuitive Eating Ecosystem—was created in collaboration with the brilliant illustrator Georgina (Georgie) Luck, whose work I first discovered on Reedsy. I was immediately drawn to her style and feel lucky she agreed to bring this vision to life. (You can see more of her gorgeous designs here!)
What I wanted to capture is how the pieces of Intuitive Eating and Eat to Love connect—not as a tidy, linear checklist, but as a living, breathing system. Over years of supporting people (and continuing my own work with my body), I’ve seen how these parts rely on one another like an ecosystem: sometimes flowing in harmony, sometimes needing rebalancing.
My hope is that this image gives you a way to see your own process—where you’re steady, where you might be out of balance, and which areas could use more attention to return to equilibrium.
I’d love to hear what you think. And stay tuned—soon I’ll have updates on the workbook’s publication timeline and availability!
With love,
Jenna

Jenna: Love the cover and all the positive affirming words on it. The tree stable and strong roots, the way we can become stable and strong. Can’t wait to get my hands on this new workbook. Thank you for helping me to think/feel about food in a new healthy way. ☺️
Love the cover. I, too, love the root system as a strong foundation. Can’t wait for the workbook.
